However, we offer flexible options for ticket transfers to ensure that your investment in our events can still be utilized if you are unable to attend. This policy outlines the conditions and processes for transferring tickets to colleagues or other events.

Transferability
Transfer to a Colleague
- Tickets can be transferred to another individual within the same organization. The new attendee must meet the event's attendee criteria.
- Required information for the new attendee: full name, job title, email address, and contact number.
Transfer to Another Event
- Tickets can be transferred to a different Bamberg Dialogues event of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
- The transfer must be requested at least 14 days prior to the original event date.
Transfer Process

Submit your request
- Email info@bambergsummits.com with the original ticket holder’s information and the details of the new attendee or the target event.
- Requests must be submitted no later than 14 days before the event.

Receive confirmation
- Bamberg Dialogues will confirm the transfer via email within 5 business days.
- If transferring to another event, confirmation will include details about the new event and any additional steps required.

Restrictions to note
- Transfers are applicable to events occurring within the same calendar year and the following year.
- A ticket can only be transferred once.
Terms & Conditions
